Gary Morley is a Chartered Accountant who has spent the last 30 years in corporate finance, mostly advising owner-managers on how to achieve the optimum deal for them.

He has been Financial Director of two highly acquisitive quoted companies so, almost uniquely amongst professional advisors, has extensive experience on the other side of the desk.

He has used his wealth of knowledge to write a highly acclaimed book “How to sell your business and live happily ever after”, now in it’s sixth edition.

Gary has also been a non-executive director to an array of different companies. He is a governor of a university and a trustee of several charities. Previously he was master of a City Livery Company, chairman of a national educational charity and vice chairman of an international charity.
